Amir Shiner has 15 years of executive-level experience in the development and commercialization of medical products. Prior to joining EnzySurge, Mr. Shiner served as CEO of MTRE Advanced Technologies Ltd., a provider of advanced, non-invasive body temperature management solutions. Mr. Shiner led the company until it was acquired by Mennen Medical, a leading provider of cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology and clinical data management solutions. At Mennen Medical, Mr. Shiner went on to serve as Vice President of Business Development. Prior to becoming CEO of MTRE, Shiner was Vice President of R&D and managed the development, engineering and production departments. Before MTRE, Mr. Shiner had spent several years with Kulick & Soffa in operations as well as product engineering and sales roles.
Mr. Shiner holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology and has completed the Merage Executive Leadership Program in Irvine, CA

Donna J. Edmonds brings over 30 years of experience in both the provider and the industry side of the healthcare business to her role as head of US operations at EnzySurge.Her primary focus has been in the introduction, management and commercialization of new and revolutionary technologies, primarily in critical care areas for patient care. Mrs. Edmonds has been a Hospital Administrator (Director of Nursing) and General Manager of a specialty physician group prior to her recruitment to industry. Mrs. Edmonds’s industry experience includes eight years with Baxter International in the Alternate Site, Diagnostics and Cardiovascular groups, the last four as a Vice President at the group level, where she held positions of increasing responsibility in Business Development, Sales and Marketing.
Since the mid 1990s Mrs. Edmonds started or participated in several start-ups including serving as SVP, Market and Business Development for the Cardiovascular Strategic Business Unit of Inverness Medical Innovations, a public company with over $500 million in revenue, following the acquisition of VC-backed Ischemia Technologies in Q1, 2005 where she held a similar position. Mrs. Edmonds also organized the financing for and became the COO and SVP for Market Development for VC-backed Vital Sensors, Inc, . Appointed in 2000 by the Governor of Virginia, Mrs. Edmonds became a member of the Virginia Biotechnology Research Partnership Authority and in 2007 became the Executive Director of the Virginia Biosciences Development Center.

Boaz Gruener, MBA, brings over 20 years high tech and business experience to EnzySurge. Having held several global senior executive positions including Vice President of Marketing & Products at Optibase (Nasdaq:OBAS), Vice President of Marketing & Alliances at CTI2 and Dir of Presales at Nice Systems (Nasdaq:NICE). At these positions, Boaz was responsible for business development, strategic alliances and channel partners, solution sales, marketing, product management, analysts & public relations. Gruener is responsible for EnzySurge’s strategic marketing, business development and public relations. Gruener also served as a strategy and business consultant to many technology and medical device companies including Mennen Medical and Orbotech Medical division. Gruener lectures at the Recanati business school of Tel Aviv University, Lahav Executive Program and for the last 12 years has served as project faculty of the Global Consulting Program of Wharton Business School in Pennsylvania, PA.Gruener holds an B.Sc. in Computer Science from Louisiana State University, USA, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
